Attention All Senior Citizens

All 400 Ohio Senior Citizens that own their units are eligible for a Rebate from the City of Chicago for the 2008 Sewer Charge.  

To Qualify:

• You must be 65 years of age or older as of January 1, 2008
• You must be the sole owner or owner in joint tenancy, or tenancy in common of the property
• You must occupy the property as your Principal Place of Residence

If you have applied for and received rebates in previous years, you should receive a renewal application in the mail.

If you have not previously applied for this rebate, you must fill out an application (which can be obtained in the Management Office) along with a copy of  copy of our latest paid water and sewer bill, a copy of your Drivers License or State ID Card and a copy of your 2nd installment of the most recent Tax Bill indicating you are receiving the Senior Citizen Homestead Deduction.

The Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund Application must be completely filled out and submitted to the Alderman's Office before July 1, 2008.
